The afternoon path
Do these in order. Step one is the only part with a queue, so start it now and build everything else while it runs.
Open guides/01-meta-whatsapp-setup.pdf and submit your entity. Meta takes anywhere from a few hours to a few days, and nothing goes live without it. Everything below can be done while you wait.
prompts/knowledge-base-template.pdf. The highest-value hour in the build and the only part nobody can do for you. Your services, lender panel, document checklists, fee position, and the ten questions you answer every week.
data-structures/data-stores.pdf. Field names are case-sensitive and created_at must be a Date, not Text. Import the blueprint before the stores exist and you will re-map every field by hand.
New scenario, three-dot menu, Import Blueprint, then 01-whatsapp-ai-agent.blueprint.json. The whole thing appears already wired. You connect your accounts and pick your data stores.
The prompt goes into module 30, not module 32. That module exists to escape it safely — put it in the wrong one and the scenario fails on the first apostrophe.
guides/04-testing-and-go-live.pdf has the adversarial set. Ask for a rate three times in a row. Claim hardship. Send STOP. Twenty minutes that decide whether this is safe on a licensed broker’s number.
Send them the system prompt and a few real transcripts. Then point one channel at it and read every transcript for the first week.
The access token Meta shows you on the API Setup page expires in about 24 hours. Everything works on Tuesday and is dead on Wednesday. Generate a permanent System User token from the start — Guide 1, Step 3. It is the single most common support email we get.
