The twenty-minute path

Do these in order and you will be sending by this afternoon. Do not skip step five.

  1. Open 00 Start Here first

    Read README.md. Create the two HubSpot contact properties it names (tbt_reactivation_state and tbt_last_reactivation_at) before you import anything, or the blueprints will show as invalid.

  2. Make users: import, do not build

    New scenario, the three-dot menu, Import Blueprint, then 01-TBT-Reactivation-Engine-HubSpot.blueprint.json. The whole engine appears already wired. Repeat with blueprint 02 for the reply handler.

  3. Zapier users: follow the guide

    Zapier cannot import a workflow file, so the guide walks you through it screen by screen. Every screenshot is the real interface.

  4. Connect your accounts

    Your CRM, OpenAI, your mailbox, your SMS provider, and Retell AI if you want the phone channel.

  5. Read the compliance pack before you send anything

    Four minutes, and it is the difference between a reactivation campaign and a spam complaint.

  6. Test on yourself, then open the tap

    Add yourself as a contact, run it once, read what it writes. Reply STOP and confirm it suppresses you. Then twenty-five leads a day for the first week.
