Do these in order

Create the fields. Import the watch. Test on yourself.

Do not skip the first step. If the field names are missing, the imported modules show as invalid.

Leave the client switch off. Every watch sends auto_email_client = false. Flip it only after the loop below is clean on your own record.

  1. Create the fields

    In your CRM, create or map tbt_fixed_expiry_date, tbt_fixed_expiry_state, tbt_last_fixed_expiry_touch and tbt_last_window_sent. If you already store the fixed-rate end date under another name, map that field. Exact names per CRM are in 05-templates/CRM-Field-Map.csv and 01-guides/CRM-SCENARIOS.md.

  2. Import the watch

    Open 00-start-here/README.md. On Make: import the outreach blueprint first, copy the webhook URL, then import the watch for your CRM (or the Google Sheets bridge) and paste that URL in. On Zapier: open the click-by-click guide. Zapier cannot import a workflow file.

  3. Test it on yourself

    Add yourself as an existing client with a fixed-expiry date 90, 60 or 30 days out. Run once. You should get a broker email, a task and a CRM note. You should not get a client email. Run again: no second draft for that window. Set the record to opt-out and confirm nothing drafts.

Then, and only then

Read the first drafts. Keep the licence human.

    If a draft quotes a rate or invents a saving, delete it. Do not send it. Check the prompt has not been edited.
